1. Table 1 is internally inconsistent with Sections 4.1–4.3. It places Quality controller and Disruptor under Call Dissemination, and Matchmaker/Gap-spotter under Proposal Selection, while the text correctly locates them under Call Creation and Call Dissemination, respectively. Please correct the rowspans/stage assignments.
2. Section 4.3.3 quote appears logically inverted: “discuss until we don’t find a common line” [9]. Should this be “until we do find a common line”? As written, it contradicts the described consensus-building aim.
3. NCPs are described as “EU-funded National Contact Points.” Are they not typically nationally appointed/funded, with EU support/networking rather than being EU-funded bodies?
4. Methodological count issue: 15 interviews, 16 participants, but stage counts are 6 + 7 + 3 = 16. How was the two-participant interview handled, and how do overlapping stage affiliations avoid double-counting?
