1. Section 2.3.1 says <100 nm, then “a few to several tens of nm,” then <20 nm for SPIONs. These are not equivalent. Which threshold is correct for the claimed biomedical applications, and why are contradictory limits presented without reconciliation?
2. The claim that SAR efficiency follows nanocubes > nanoflowers > nano-octahedra > truncated MNPs > nanorods has no citation. Is this the authors’ own conclusion, or from a specific study? If the latter, which one?
3. FeCo NPs with SAR values of 1300–1600 W/g are highlighted for hyperthermia, but cobalt’s known toxicity and carcinogenicity are not discussed. Why is this critical safety issue omitted?
4. Figure 2 misclassification. laser pyrolysis is listed as a chemical method, and electron beam lithography as a synthesis method for MNPs. Both are misclassified. The biological-methods box also claims less expensive and better control over size and shape with no comparative evidence. What is the basis for these claims?
