More importantly, the completed trial Nanocrystalline Silver Cream (NCT00076375) is listed without any accompanying results or discussion in the manuscript…….. Including a completed trial without analyzing its findings or explaining its relevance to the review provides no scientific value and misleads readers……. The authors should either remove this entry or justify its inclusion with appropriate commentary.
