In Section 3.3 and Figure 3a, you state that the GP model achieves an RMSE of 0.34 log_10 Pa·s for high-pressure data, and that the average 95% confidence interval is ±0.80. However, a 95% interval of ±0.80 implies a standard deviation of ~0.41, which is larger than your RMSE. This is mathematically inconsistent unless your RMSE is calculated on a different subset or you are using a non-standard definition of confidence intervals. Could you clarify the exact calculation of these intervals and why they do not align with the reported error metrics?
