Concern about Figure 3A.

Boxes in different shades of red and brown highlight areas between two flow cytometry panels that look more similar than expected. Some differences are noted too, and the gated percentage is different as well.

Concern about Figure S4, from the Supplemental Materials:

Boxes of the same color highlight areas between flow cytometry panels that look more similar than expected. Some differences are noted too, and the gated percentages are different as well.
The caption reads: “(a) The representative frequency of TAg epitope I-specific CD8+ T cells. CD8+ T cells positive for MHC Db/I tetramer. (b) The representative frequency of TAg epitope IV-specific CD8+ T cells. CD8+ T cells positive for MHC Kb/IV tetramers. (c) The representative frequency of TAg peptide I-specific CD8 T cell producing both IFN-γ and TNF-α. (e) [sic] The representative frequency of TAg peptide IV-specific CD8 T cell producing both IFN-γ and TNF-α.”
