While the antibacterial properties of CP 900 are highlighted, were any mechanisms explored to explain its superior performance over other calcined samples? A deeper analysis of reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation or pH-related effects could strengthen the discussion. Moreover, the study compares CP 900 to commercial calcined powders (CC), but were there any differences in particle size or surface area that might have influenced antibacterial efficacy?
