Red boxes: The Radixin / hypoxia/reoxygenation panels look very similar to the Phospho-radixin / hypoxia/reoxygenation panels.
Could the authors please clarify if this was expected?

Concern about Figure 6C.

Blue boxes: In the “Normal” blot, lanes 1-2 look remarkably similar to lanes 3-4. Image made darker to bring out details.

Concern about Figure 9A.

Purple boxes: In the Radixin panel, the Untransfected and Scrambled lanes look remarkably similar
Green boxes: The Radixin siRNA lane in the Radixin panel looks strikingly similar to the Untransfected lane in the Phospho-Radixin panel
Image contrast a bit enhanced to bring out the details in the background
