In section 4.3.2, you used this combined objective function (MOF) that includes a term for the cost: w3×(1−cp,tot/cf)w3. But I couldn’t find anywhere in the paper where you actually define cf, which is the unit cost of fuel. Like, what value did you use for cf? Is it based on the nuclear fuel cost or something else?
If cf isn’t properly defined or justified, it could totally mess up the MOF calculation because the cost term wouldn’t be scaled correctly. That might mean your optimization results are biased or not meaningful, which would undermine the whole multi-objective analysis. Also, in the results, you report MOF values for different weight cases, but without knowing cf, it’s hard to see if the trade-offs make sense. Could you clarify how cf was determined? Was it from literature or an assumption? If it’s arbitrary, that might be a big issue.
