There seems to be a critical issue in this paper which is the lack of experimental validation of the proposed nanoemulsion strategies for controlling fungal contamination and toxin production in grain corn. I agree that the paper extensively reviews literature and proposes the potential of essential oil-based nanoemulsions, but it does not provide original experimental data or real-world applications to substantiate the authors` claims. This unfortunately, significantly limits the practical relevance and scientific value of the study. This shortcoming also makes the study speculative rather than evidence-based. I would like to ask the authors to clarify if they have the mentioned the data?
