Could the authors please take a look at Figures 2 and 3?

* Red boxes: Lanes 1-4 of the NHE3-Memb blot in Figure 2A look similar to lanes 1-4 of the NHE3-Phos blot in Figure 3C
* Blue boxes: Lane 5 of the NHE3-Memb blot in Figure 2A looks similar to lanes 5 of the NHE3-Phos blot in Figure 3C, albeit shown at different intensity relative to the other four lanes
