He say manager need learn social science. Use psychology for trust, anger, autonomy. Sound smart.
But… no real test. No ask manager if this work. No try in real place with real people and real animal.
Like my old teacher say: “Theory without practice is empty.” This paper… a little empty. Good for thinking, but not for doing yet.
