1. Only some studies reported side effects, like dizziness, while others did not. How might this inconsistency impact the safety conclusions?
2. The meta-analysis aggregates diverse VR intervention types and timing. Would subgroup analyses provide more specific insights?
3. With 57% of randomized trials rated high-risk for bias, how confident are you in the robustness of your findings?
4. The focus is solely on VR, despite XR encompassing broader technologies. Are there plans to explore augmented or mixed reality in future work?
