This study makes a strong case for using REBT to reduce academic procrastination, but a couple of things could use more clarification. The intervention seems to have lasting effects, but were any follow-ups done beyond three months to see if students kept up their progress? A longer-term look could give a better idea of how sustainable these changes are.
