Concern about Figure 1E, building upon the illustration provided by Apiomerus in #1 on PubPeer:

Yellow boxes highlight two lanes that are more similar and different than expected.

Red boxes highlight two Ran lanes that look remarkably similar. Note the small air bubble in the middle, under the band.

Can the authors please check?

Concern about Figures 2B and 4B, bottom:

Pink boxes: The Bax panel in Figure 2B looks remarkably similar to the Bnip3L construct A panel in Figure 4B, bottom.
Can the authors please check?

Concern about Figure S1:

Cyan boxes: The RL panels on the left (corresponding to Figure 2C (U2OS cells)) and the right (Figure 2D, Saos-2 cells, cotransfection) look identical. Can the authors please clarify if these are showing the same controls?
Amber and orange boxes: several wells in the left FL panels appear to be visible multiple times.
