The study highlights a crucial connection between SMA and unhealthy lifestyles among nursing students. However, given the cross-sectional nature of the research, it is difficult to determine whether SMA leads to unhealthy habits or if pre-existing unhealthy lifestyles contribute to higher SMA scores. Could the authors clarify this limitation more explicitly in the discussion?

Have the authors considered the feasibility of a longitudinal study to explore temporal dynamics and causality between SMA, lifestyle, and weight perception? Such an approach could provide deeper insights into intervention strategies for nursing students.
