Concerns about Figure 5:

Orange and pink boxes: The top right panel appears to contain some repetitive features

Even with the bare eye, one can say the orange boxes are different. Some repetitive elements do not necessarily indicate misconduct. The pink boxes also seem different, although they are quite small, and the picture does not have enough quality to examine them more carefully.

The following figure shows the differences between lower and upper orange boxes:
