The study provides valuable insights, but there are critical concerns requiring attention. Specifically, the interpretation of burnout scores using BAT-23 cutoffs appears inconsistent with cited thresholds, and the correlation of PWV with occupational stress lacks robust control for confounding variables like age and BMI. Additionally, reliance on subjective self-assessments without objective validation may compromise data reliability. Could the authors clarify and address these issues to strengthen the study’s conclusions?
