Were calibration curves or internal standards used to ensure accuracy in metabolite quantification? Also, while the antimicrobial and antiproliferative assays yielded interesting results, were any structure-activity relationship (SAR) analyses conducted to determine which specific metabolites contribute most to these bioactivities?
