The study provides detailed in vitro and in vivo analyses, but there is a notable limitation regarding the small sample size used for clinical tissue analysis (n=14 for osteosarcoma and adjacent normal tissues). While the findings are statistically significant, such a limited sample size may reduce the robustness and generalizability of the conclusions.
Additionally, some figures, such as Fig. 1C and Fig. 6E, present data with substantial variability in qRT-PCR results. However, confidence intervals or additional statistical tests (e.g., bootstrap resampling) to support the validity of these results are not included.
